Refund policy
To request a refund for a returned digital product, please contact us by email at sam@thesisupgrade.com. Please include your order number when contacting us, so we can assist with your request as efficiently as possible.
We refund your purchase back to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, you will not have access to the digital product.
Thesis Upgrade reserves the right to refuse to sell, or to provide refunds, to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of our returns policy.
Returns policy
If you would like to return a digital product purchased directly from the Thesis Upgrade shop, the following policy applies:
- You have fourteen (14) calendar days to return the digital product from the date you purchased it.
- You must not have viewed or printed, in total, more than five percent (5%) of the digital product.
- You must not have used any included access codes for any online resource that came with your digital product purchase.
- You have not previously returned the same digital product from a prior purchase.
- You have not returned three (3) or more digital products in the past ninety (90) calendar days.
- You must not use the content or service you are cancelling, and you must make sure nobody else uses it.
